For the most part, it's what you would expect from a very small location-limted options. However, you don't expect metered parking, a dual entry/exit so close to registers that you wait in line to enter if anyone is leaving. Although, not the fault of Kroger, the 10% of other customers we encountered, only by space necessity, were rude, pretentious and appalling! Customers pushing in front of you to grab their items with zero regard for you, physically requiring you step out of the way and no, not an excuse me or sorry. Another who decided going through us was the best option to get where he needed to be, again same lack of any respect as a human. Finally, self checkout was the best option given the extreme long line to check out. As we approached and placed items down, another customer walks up, steps in and blocks the register, begins to scan her items and said; "there's a damn line" Now, this was in front of several store workers who say.... absolutely nothing. We respectfully gathered our items, attempting to find where the line is. Good luck, best to just ask the other people who are near the registers and hope you find anyone "lined up".
Spend the few extra minutes to to Kroger down the road. You'll be able to park, enter and shop without the same issues. If you do encounter any of the same, the workers here will gladly assist you. Not to mention, you can shop without the rude, pretentious, unmanored humans that patron...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThis store is unhinged from the customer service desk to the self checkout. This is the only ghetto store that has a limit on how many items you can purchase at the self checkout of "20 items" as soon as you enter with a cart that "LOOKS", (keyword looks), full their employee "Jeff" starts yelling to go to a register, he is very rude, combative, and disrespectful. If you complain they will do nothing about it like how the lady "Joy" did nothing at the service desk, didnt even apologize on krogers behalf for the outrageous behavior just sat there looking dazed and bewildered. So there you have it, if you go grocery shopping with a family member they demand you to use 2 carts because you "cannot" do two separate orders from ONE cart. Not to mention when I went to make a SINGLE payment on a bill and "Sammy" would not give me my paper bill back, she said "we dont give those back" how was I suppose to know how much I owed?... Everytime I go here its one thing after another they make every single shopping experience difficult with their poor customer service skills, it gets to a point where its ridiculous and runs people away! RIDICULOUS...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe shopping was great only because everything was on sale so I was able to get much more (it was a few days before Thanksgiving) any other time when I have fully grocery shopped at Kroger with just one basket and it has came up to $600. There were two things that I disliked: The aisle are super small. When you are shopping and a person walks by with their cart, you have to stand flat against the shelf and push your cart next to the shelf so that the person can walk by otherwise they will not be able to get pass. That got annoying after 15 minutes of being in there. The cashier did not greet me with a smile or say hello although she held a friendly conversation with the customer in front of me while she was ringing their items up. Also the guy who put my food into bags made a mistake when bagging my items up he gave me two bags that belonged to the customer in front of me. When I got home there were two extra bags that didn't...
