At about 7:50 in the evening I stopped in only to inquire about replacing my phone and purchasing a new one for my son. I thought the store was open until 9:00 but only later realized that they closed at 8:00. I worked for many years in retail and know how frustrating it can be to have customers walk in just before closing time. Austin greeted me and very courteously answered my questions. He assured me that he’d stay there as long as it took to make sure I was satisfied. He went through different options that were available and made sure that I was in the right plan for my needs. I ended up making a purchase right then and there even though I had no intention of buying when I first stepped into the store. My decision to purchase was already well after closing time, but Austin stayed even later to get my data transfer all squared away. Austin was professional and personable all the while. I would not have walked out of that store with two new phones if it weren’t for his efforts. I am truly a satisfied customer. Read moreThis is a very sad store buyer beware! This is an authorized dealer location. I purchased a phone at this location expecting to get great service but what I got was duped. The representative did not show me a selection of phones he just went out to the back and brought out a phone that came out over a year ago without informing me of that. This guy told me that this phone is great and will last me 5 years. This guy sold me everything separately including the charger. Chargers always come with a new phone. He also charged a $50 activation fee to transfer the Verizon service to a new phone. I feel like he was just trying to get rid of the old phones to get rid of inventory and he still had not fully activated my phone the following day accordingto Verizon customer service. My apps are still not fully functional 2 days later. I truly got ripped off for $1000 and I had to pay even more because I had to get a whole new phone all together directly from the company. The clerk said that since I purchased the phone online ( the store didn't have it in stock) that he wouldn't help me. He said that if he did help me, it would be $25.
I didn't want him to transfer the apps from the old phone to the new, just tell me if it's ok for me to proceed.
He refused to help. I was the only customer and I was sent away.
I called Verizon technical support, and in two clicks my question was answered.
