I went in here and said hello to everyone with not one employee bothering to greet me back or at least assist me. I understand today being a busy day with the BOGO special, but at the very least greeting a buying customer and telling them something along the lines of "Hold on just a moment" would've sufficed. I too work in food service and I of course understand how busy an establishment can be but looking up and greeting everyone else except me was just downright rude. Today I purchased a chicken cali salad.. and I found what it looks like a bug half way through it. I went back to the store and employee shrank her shoulders and told me “must have been a little bug in the lettuce” like it was cute or acceptable… don’t you wash the vegetables before selling them to paying customers? The same employee proceed to pet a dog that was in the store and then went back to work without washing her hands.. this just tells me what kind of food service establishment this is. I waited 23 minutes for one $13 Green Machine in a tiny cup that was not even full. One person in front of me. A Wednesday at 3:45. It took 7 minutes just to get an employee to take order, no hello, we will be with you. I just stood at register waiting.
