Fast food is never expected to be great. But you definitely don't expect to get an entire cup broken up inside a sonic blast. By inside I mean the cup was mixed into the ice cream. Now we did go back and they did refund the money for our entire order but I would have much rather been in contact with a manager that didn't reply with "We've had issues with her before." And then threatened to sue because he thought we might be videoing him. So here's what happened, we ordered a popcorn chicken meal with fries and a Reece's sonic blast. They got the order wrong so we asked for the blast, didn't even try to get the other stuff fixed. The blast was for my niece who was celebrating her birthday. She realized that something wasn't right and bits of the styrofoam were stuck in her braces. We dug around and found an entire cup broken up inside the ice cream some little and others big. But we found the whole cup. This was the only thing that they brought out after we said the order was wrong. We 100 percent know this was done on purpose and so did the manager. Read moreExtremely terrible customer service. Just want to be specific. The person who brought the food was ok we explained the mistake she went back inside to check no issues. The person taking orders was horrible & extremely rude. She needs to get retrained or moved to from taking orders. While ordering we keep having to repeat ourselves so clearly something was wrong with the speaker or headset, not an issue we just simply repeated parts of the order. We get to the end and are surprised about the price cause we couldn’t see the receipt on screen. “Ok do you still want it” Then we get our food ,not asking for anything to be remade, our blizzards were supposed to be chocolate we just wanted the syrup added. She getting ready to argue telling us what we didn’t order as if it was a huge inconvenience. Multiple people were in the car all heard my mom did ask for chocolate blizzards but again she had to repeat and something was wrong with the connection. I reiterated to her again. Please make sure NO CHEESE. Order was delivered several minutes later, she called out the order and said cheeseburger, I immediately stopped her and said the single is no cheese and the double is with cheese. She said well they both have cheese." She wouldn't allow us to check or leave the rest of the order with us. After 15 minutes, we decided to leave because the carhops were delivering food to people who came way after us, and we assumed the rest of the food would be cold. My husband went to tell them not to worry about the order, and our bag and drink was still sitting on the counter with the Route 44 sweet peach tea. The bag was opened, so food was getting cold. My Husband informed them we were leaving, and they said nothing.
