I have been waiting til I moved out to write a review but last night's events have made me change my mind. To those considering living here, this apartment has a very limited parking lot and uses a third party valet service called Valet King which is supposedly 24 hour service. The service has been inconsistent to valet losing my car keys, not locking my car, or my car not being ready despite requesting the car through the app 10 minutes or more in advance. Despite this, we are "mandated' to hand over carkeys to Valet King. I arrived home late from work last night around 1230am and there's no valet person, valet phone is in the booth, booth door is open with all keys accessible, gate open. I wait for 30 minutes before calling the Superintendent who unfortunately doesn't know who to call except VP of management. By this time, I have called the Hackensack Police who deem the lot insecure and a Florida license plate infinity car is still running with car keys inside. Valet person still missing and MIA. I'm not sure if the valet decided to just quit and leave the parking lot without locking the doors or closing the gate, but at this point someone could easily take keys and steal cars from this parking lot. I'm appalled with the lack of accountability here and honestly this whole Valet system has been a headache to deal with. Mark who is in charge? during the day comes across very bossy and rude-demanding all cars be valet parked. However, there have been too many issues for me to feel safe doing this unless I absolutely have to. This has been an awful experience and one of the reasons I will not be renewing my lease along with management and noise issues encountered living here so far. Sean Harper who is named in the reviews has since left the management after a few months. He's made alot of concessions which were not honored. Your money is spent better living elsewhere unless you don't mind leaving your car keys in an open valet booth with the possibility of theft. Thank you to Hackensack Police who arrived promptly and tried to handle...

I was a 210 Main resident for 16 months.
During my residency, the building management changed 3 times along with the valet company switching twice. Turn over rate of both the employees and tenants were extremely high. Iāve lived here for 16 months and by the end, I did not recognize most of the tenants. I have dealt with over 20 concierge personnel and over several dozen valet personnel during my stay. The building will mandate valet parking due to the shortage of parking spots. Several residents had their car keys lost, cars damaged, or slow on preparing the car.
I have also seen applicants upset due to the managementās lack of accountability and punctuality for apartment showings. You may read some of the reviews on this site to get some context.
The amenities at the location are an outdoor patio (No heating) and an indoor gym, which have been both neglected due to a recent firing of a friendly and hard working cleaning crew.
The super of the building is phenomenal. He is approachable, accommodating, and is always willing to help. Major kudos to Ossie.
The building is also situated by a police and fire departments and train tracks so constant noise will be expected. On top of that, the building is pet friendly and many of the tenants have dogs, which could be a blessing or a curse depending on your preference and luck. I was surrounded by neighbors that owned dogs that barked out loud if the owners were not present.
Please take note of the polarizing reviews with a heavy emphasis on the 5 stars being over a year ago and have been 1 star since then. Consideration is necessary. The building has potential but is not utilized to its full capacity. With severe competition popping up around every corner, consider what you may be setting yourself with.

If youāre a woman thinking about moving here donāt⦠I left this building because I was being harassed and ignored, and now, five months later, theyāre still trying to haunt me with a random move-out statement after I was promised I wouldnāt be charged. Make it make sense.
Letās start with the fact that the valet staff was completely unprofessional. Constant flirting, uncomfortable stares, and two extremely disturbing incidents that pushed me over the edge. One valet took my car keys HOME.. yes, home, making me late to work (thank God I had a spare). Another one, after I turned him down repeatedly, left a creepy note on my windshield saying I was āthe one he wished he could haveā and āsmile you are the most beautiful girl that I saw today.ā Who does that? Thatās not romantic thatās disturbing and creepy.
I immediately went to management to check the cameras and shocker, they werenāt working or didnāt get my car angle because of the sun glare. Only after I made a viral video exposing the situation did they decide to āinvestigateā and suddenly find out it was one of their valet workers. Took them a full day to get back to me, and by that point, I didnāt feel safe in my own home anymore.
I asked to move out 12 days before my lease ended in December, and they told me I wouldnāt be charged due to the situation. What do they do? Charge me anyway for being there ONE DAY which was the move day. Now, 5 months later, they randomly send me a move-out statement ā as if I needed another reminder of this ridiculous, anxiety-inducing place.
This building is a joke, and so is the way they treat residents ā especially women. Completely unprofessional, totally disorganized, and absolutely unsafe.
Do NOT move here unless you want to feel like youāre living in a bad episode of a true...
