The experience was terrible!! I went to this salon because my nail salon was packed. I went into their salon and they only had one customer but now I understand why they lack customers. I asked for a gel manicure and pedicure. The woman was rude to me when she sat me down in the chair. She used filthy flip flops to put on my feet. These were not disposable flip flops which she didn’t even clean/disinfect. When I sat in the chair for my gel manicure the person was very rude. I would put my hand out and she would yell at me because my fingers were not relaxed enough and hiss her teeth. When I came to the end of this horrible service they got upset because I was using my debit card. They told me I can’t use it because they turned the machine off already for the closing of the day so I should go get cash. Unbelievable!! They did not give me this information prior to the service and want to be cheap because they don’t want to be charged for using the machine but I should get charged an extra fee for taking it out of the ATM . After I complained they turned the machine on which took only 3 seconds to function. Then, I paid her $5.00 tip which I should never have gave her because she was horrible, and she and her coworkers started getting upset because they felt the tip wasn’t enough!!! Last but not least, the next day my “gel” manicure already peeled off 5 of my nails which never happens at my other salon within less than 24 hrs. I had to get everything done over at my nail salon and they saw that they were not using the official quality gel product because it was extremely thin layers like regular nail polish. Don’t ever go there because it is dirty in their environment, they don’t give massages to your feet during pedicure, they are rude, nasty, don’t disinfect and should be reported to the board for investigation for the standard practice for cleaning their salon and...

Stay way! My worst experience ever!!

It's taken me a few days to write this review because I hate to negatively impact businesses. However, given how I was treated, is a very clear indication to me that they DON'T care about their business or retaining new clients. I went there earlier this week as a walk-in client. I was assigned a person who did not know how to do basic regular mani. I say this because I had to coach her on how to file, buff and apply nail polish. Basic thins were not done they way they are supposed to. When I asked if the person was a trained and certified nail technician, I was given NO response. That was vey telling if you ask me. When I expressed my dissatisfaction and told them my nails were looking worse than when I arrived there, way shorter due to over filing to try to fix imperfections and shape including uneven cuticles. They assigned me a different technician to "fix" my nails but the damage had already been done. They knowingly assigned me a person that is NOT trained and that to me is unethical and very unprofessional. It appears to me they could care less about new clients. I'm NEVER...

I would have preferred to give this rating zero stars but that is not an available option. To start, this place is UNPROFESSIONAL, they do a terrible job, the gel paint chips the following day, and they do not honor appointments, nor do they properly clean or sanitize the work stations. IN my last and final visit I informed the owner that she should not be in business nor does she deserve to have any customers. I was told to come in that evening the previous day when i scheduled the appointment, i left work early and arrived a half hour before closing, i was told they were closed when the door was open and it was still 1/2hour to closing, the rude owner who could barely speak English refused to fix my ONE nail, and told me i was too late, even though i had an appointment, she yelled and used horrific language. again it was the following day after having my nails done already one nail had chipped.
