Dined here on a Friday afternoon. The restaurant was essentially empty, only 2 others dining. The service was good and the food was delivered quickly. The restaurant itself isn’t anything special, some seating booths to the left and some tables in the center for bigger parties. There’s a small fish tank with a couple guppies. I ordered the General Tso’s Chicken with white rice. The dish was delicious but came with very few broccoli. My partner had the Thai pineapple pork. This dish was very flavorful and had many more veggies. Our only complaint with both dishes was the excessive use of the sauce. It would have been better with less sauce. I have going there since I was a child and it has never ONCE let me down, I enjoy the people there, the service, atmosphere/music and most of all, the food is amazing. I have had my dates here. I've been to other restaurants and I've introduced new friends there who have never gone and this for sure becomes their favorite. George and his wife are charming, the servers are quick and caring. The food time wait is quick even when full. They changed their chicken dishes.
I used to order sesame chicken all the time. Then I tried it again, and it’s not fried or seared. It’s this wobbly slimy chicken they seems like they boiled it in water. Actually I have no idea how they turned the chicken into this. I couldn’t do it if I tried. It’s like it was marinating for a month and the acid broke it down or something. Not sure. It’s literally the worst chicken I’ve ever had that wasn’t overcooked.
