There was a man following me throughout my store trip and even snooping through my cart when I walked away for a second and he went inside my cart where my purse and my jacket was that alone scared me and then it continued more throughly and there was a women pursuing me as well so at this point I’m extremely paranoid and honestly feel like this is a situation where there trying to traffic me I grab the stuff I need for my house as quickly as possible and make my way to the register and tell the person at checkout that I’m afraid and there are people following me at this point there hiding behind items and watching me he says he doesn’t understand why I’m so paranoid and says if I want I can have someone escort me I then call my husband out the car from how Afraid I’m and realize the man and women are both waiting outside of the store looking at me I get even more scared at this point my husband gets inside I finish paying for my stuff and then get in the car after I’m in the car they disappear I then call to Walmart to tell them about this experience and they say oh those are are secret shoppers for people who shoplift they was just doing there job and I then explained how I struggle with ptsd and how terrifying this was and that I wasn’t shoplifting I even put back more then half my stuff to just try to get out as quickly as possible and he showed no respect or remorse I will never be attending again honestly the worse experience with a Walmart ever go anywhere else and you’ll find nicer people and better prices this was literally ridiculous if you actually seen the lengths they went through and how suspicious it looked you would understand why I...

I understand there are folks that don't want to shop at Walmart because of unfair wages and treatment of their workers. ...BUT this Walmart in Hadley is something special. Maybe they take care of themselves but from the minute I walk in I am greeted with a warm welcome smile to customer service folks who are helpful with questions or returns. The workers generally seem to like each other as they talk and laugh with each other. anyone I ask any one a question they will drop everything and bring me to the item I may be looking for. There are always moments during a season or time of day that things are in disarray but The place is kept clean and it is clear they care how things look. The Pharmacy is by far my favorite pharmacy in this area. Very little mistakes, they (pharmacist & staff) know most of peoples names and they seem to really care. They make an effort to help with concerns or insurance issues. So this Walmart should receive any special benefits and employees should be taken care to keep this team working happily and...
