This place has never been known for its customer service skills but this morning was it for me....After 17 yrs as a customer I will be leaving Metro PCS in the next couple months.....I called to make my payment....and I called right at 9am to get them before they got busy....She explained they could not take payment but started rambling off numbers I could call and make payment....and when I asked her to wait while I grabbed a pen she started screaming at me in spanish (I only speak english) When I tell her I now have a pen she says good and hangs up on me.....I try to call back 6 times and she doesn;t answer....so I call another store got the number for corporate and while talking to the rep at corporate filing a complaint against this young woman......they ask her name....so I call the store using a dif phone and she answered....imagine that.....when I told her I had corporate on the line and they need her name....she again got nasty with me only this time the corporate rep heard her and stepped in through speaker phone and told the young lady who she was and where she was from and that she needed her name to complete this report....The young lady shut her mouth and gave her name....Y'all I just wanted to pay my $50 bill....17 yrs......and now Im gonna be movin on...Since T Mobile stepped on board....Metro has went DOWN THE TUBES.....and...

My wife was promised a screen saver to fit her new zmax phone because a smaller one was placed on it, because they didn't have any. She was told that she would be placed on a list and would be called that following week. After no call she stopped by to see if the screen saver was in, once again told no she would be put on the list to be called as soon as they came that week. A total of 3 weeks past no call no screen saver, my wife did not cause a scene in any manner, but when we went to them again to ask about the screen saver we were given attitude by the sales girl who sold us the phone, passing us off to another associate because " she didn't know what to do with us". Again my wife did not cause a scene , even asking what the policy would be if something happened to the phone were the screen was not covered by the wrong size cover, no one could give us a straight answer. Again we were told we would be called when the screen saver came in, still have not received a call. We have been dealing with MetroPCS and this Haines City store for almost 7yrs with this experience we will most likely go elsewhere. New customers are giving a plus treatment but existing...
