I was on vacation in Orlando and looked for Venezuelan food places, EL IMPORTADO came up, the food was really excellent, varied, quite, tasty, the papelon con limon (very Venezuelan drink, simply SPECTACULAR, the food like in Maracaibo, with that Maracucho flavor , excellent, spectacularly clean place, clean tables, excellent service especially to Lourdes and Rosana, we planned to eat only once to try other places but the attention of them, Lourdes and Rosana made us return up to 4 times, very good prices according to the flavor and size of the dishes, 100% recommended, thank you for your attention...

I don't know how this place can have good reviews when the customer service is so lousy, the food was horrible, it's expensive for the quality, I went to pick it up at the time it was supposed to be ready and I had to wait on the spot When I asked, nobody gave me an answer, when I finally received the food, it was cold, the presentation was terrible, they charged me for an item that they did not have in stock, and they had to reimburse me, they always make you wait, they never arrive on time and the Food isn't really the worst Venezuelan food I've had...

Went in there for the first time with my wife and son once we walked in it smelled very bad in there almost like rotten, my wife walked out immediately after walking in and me and my son stayed cause i wanted to try it, so we got burgers and fries, my burger had the fried cheese as the bun. The food tasted bad and smelled kind of like the store (rotten) I got turned off immediately and threw both the burgers and the fries away.
