This is worst subway ever!!! I've been here quite a few times and am just always disappointed somehow. Done going here. Last time they had no cookie holders so I asked for napkins and they told me that's not allowed. They have a limit for napkins. Today I simply ordered, I requested extra meat and then got a nasty look for asking what I wanted on my sandwich. They were certainly friendly to all the other customers. But I was the only difference in race inside and am majority white. I proceed to finish my order and asked for extra extra black olives. She put a very small amount which is a normal amount in any other subway. I simply requested more. She then told me that's plenty. I was shocked. So I asked if it was her sandwich or mine. She then got an attitude and told me on a 12 inch sub she is only supposed to put 6 baby slices of olives. Instead of saying maybe up charge for them or something. She put 3 more. Why be in customer service to be...
Read moreTo sum up my experience: poorly managed and everything is half stocked or out of stock (granted it's the end of the day) but I've been to plenty other Subways that can keep their items stocked throughout the entire day so no excuse there. I wanted the Italian herbs & cheese bread to find out it's completely out with none being made. I wanted chocolate cookies to go with the meal deal to see that there was only 4 macadamia nut cookies left. The employee was nice and offered to bake more as I was eating in but I settled with the macadamia nut cookies. Also note worthy that the chips were halfway stocked with the chips along the sandwich bar almost completely gone. The refrigerator was halfway stocked. The floors were filthy with what looks like a day's worth of trash and stepped on food was throughout the entire store. But the employee was nice and wished me a great night... so...

Their sandwiches were already made when I arrived in the line. The worker proceeded to -- not chit-chat, but have an entire 5-minute conversation with them while I waited. I learned she used to be a chef, I learned her reviews of every Chinese restaurant within spitting distance, I leanred that at restaurants she sometimes tells the waitress "let me just go back into the kitchen and cook it myself," and other "fun" facts about her life. The sandwich was fine (it seems to be Russian roulette at this location). But I thought the length of their conversation, which carried on minutes after they had paid (the Subway employee was the one extending it), was unprofressional and...
