Only one person making order and about 10 people waiting do t have all day to spend waiting for my lunch break to get food from here again was late getting back to work had to wait 30 minutes for my order after ordering. Didn't even get to eat lunch before my break was over. Edit to managers response.... if you look at the managers respons they need more details? What do you need I left a date and time and description of your employee??? Way to show attention to detail or regard for accountability of your employees. Went here with a friend and ordered a Smokehouse Brisket with cheddar. The young man that took our order was very nice and polite, he just seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. Waited for our order and when the young lady behind the counter told me it was ready I grabbed my bag and we left. got to the house and when I opened the bag it was a meatball sub instead of The Smokehouse.
