Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Hales Corners

We were the only people in the store, and after eating ice cream my son wanted to wash his hands. He tried the men's bathroom door which was locked, so he came back to the table. After ten minutes of waiting and nobody coming out, I told him to go to the women's bathroom to wash his hands. That door, too, was locked. I asked the guy at the counter if we could have the keys to use the restroom, and he said somebody must be in there. We sat there an additional 10 minutes because my daughter was still eating, and nobody came out. The guy definitely just didn't want any customers to use the bathrooms. Also, this is the same guy everyone has mentioned in their comments. He seemed very annoyed with us even being there and rushed us through ordering. We won't be going back to...

i dont normally write reviews but this has my panties in a bundle ! (lol) anyways It’s about 1am i went to this baskin robins for a late night craving with my boyfriend and the guy working did not speak english what so ever and didn’t care to let us figure out our order, we asked what flavors they had in ice cream due to them saying they were out of what we kept asking for after saying they had pretty much everything but the berry swirl, the guy kept rushing us and saying “can you hurry up i have a timer” “can you say it fast i have a timer” super rude, didn’t care about his customers just cared about his timer so we proceeded to drive off and will not return ....

Ordered and had delivered 3 pints of ice cream and a banana split, banana split was fine BUT the individual pints of ice cream were not filled all the way and had large gaps that you could actually see the bottom of the container. Feel like I straight got ripped off especially since this was their chance to redeem themselves because this is NOT the first time having an unsatisfactory order from this particular store. My girlfriend tried to speak to the people in charge last time and they stopped responding and ignored her. In short very unhappy, wish I could pick the store that my order goes to to be filled because it would not ever be...
