good store, i always find cool stuff and i love the horror section. but a warning to everyone; DO NOT sign up for the VIP membership they offer you at checkout! they make it seem beneficial when they say you get an “immediate 10% discount” on your purchase. but then they skip lots of details about monthly billing and how difficult it is to get out of it once you sign up. they ended up charging my bank account without me even giving them my bank info (they must’ve just got it when i payed, however i was not aware of the charges or that they would put that info on my account when i signed up) it was a hassle to discontinue my membership and the customer service is not at all helpful or polite. the person on the phone kept ignoring me saying multiple times that i wanted to cancel my membership. he kept pressing a “cheaper” version of it when i told him repeatedly that i was not interested and could not afford it. after like 45 minutes he finally said he “canceled “ it but it was not a pleasant experience. you cannot cancel online either, you have to call them and do everything on the phone which i thought was a red flag from the start. the customer service needs a lot of improvement but i do enjoy coming to this store every now and then. just wish they offered deals or discounts without making you join their “club” that scams you out of more money then you would be...

They will pressure you into signing up for a "backstage" pass and magazines that they will not inform you will cost you a fortune later. Their items are overpriced, and the management SUCKS. I was fired for "stealing" when in reality it was another manager stealing from my register which I got blamed for simply because they didn't like me. They also lied on my termination report and said I was fired for not performing well enough, when I was one if their top sellers. Jo the store manager is very rude, and the other manager Paul is even worse. I stopped in to buy some headphones and give my gf who now works their a drink. I was told very aggressively to leave, and that my GF was going to be in trouble. I informed him I was just giving her a drink and buying something, and he said I was not welcome in the store period. I thought it was just a rewards/loyalty card program like most places have, and was just trying to get in and out, so when the cashier started asking me to give my phone number/email, and saying something about magazines I didn't think too hard about it. Turns out for a year I was paying almost $12 a month for... I don't know, actually! Never received any magazines or anything. My bank app had recently started notifying me of purchases, which is how I found out. Be careful! I believe there was a free trial period, so make sure you cancel before you're charged if you remember signing up for something here.
