I have had some pandora charms for years and they were just sitting in my closet for YEARS, when I finally remebered I had them and wanted to get them on a new bracelet, the charms were black (which is common with sterling silver if it is not cared for properly). I went to this store To have my charms cleaned and purchase a new bracelet. Beth Cruz was my personal sales associate, and she was very helpful! She cleaned my charms and restored them to like-new condition, and helped me pick out a beautiful new bracelet to display them on. I got the "Heart pave bracelet" and I even purchased a new charm for my cat! They have such a gorgeous selection, anything you could dream of, they have it! Beth also allowed me to try on some rings, which I (or my hubby) will be returning for! Beth was so helpful, she almost had me purchasing the whole store. The assistant manager was very pushy trying to convince me to exchange it even though I told her that I just wanted a refund cause I already got one as a gift for Christmas. She gave me attitude and had a problem with me because I want it to return it. After that she proceeded to whisper with her employee I don’t know about what but she kept looking at me as she was doing it. It made me and mom very uncomfortable, so we decided to leave and not buy anything. I get that she was doing her job but there is no need to be aggressive or give attitude to your customers if they are doing a return or even wait for the customers to leave if you are going to talk about them. Read moreIf I could give this customer experience half a star I would. The lady Beth that helped us was not understanding what we were asking for at first. We came in to buy a new ring that broke. We ended up paying full price for it because the email we had associated with it hadn’t documented the purchase less than a year ago. Not only that, I decided I would buy an additional ring, not to mention I have bought plenty of rings from Pandora for myself before. She proceeded to tell me that they don’t have any rings that would fit me. I am either a 5-6 depending on the style of the ring. VERY upset with this experience. Not only did I have to pay full price for a ring that was purchased less than a year ago and BROKE, but then I was told that no rings in the store would fit me....
