LIARS!!!! THIEVES!!!! CROOKS!!!!! Here are the things they lied about. #1 they ran out of LG Tribute phones and every other store has also. #2 in order to be eligible for a free phone, you must have the $55/month plan, every other store does this. #3 if i want my old number to be transferred, i must wait 4-24 hours. I am offended by the experience i have had here. Sign on door says will be back in 10 minutes... But i waited 30????????? Small selection of phones. Employee tried hounding me into giving up my old number so i can buy one of their phones right there... Really????? I told him "but i have had this number for many years, everyone knows me by this number" and he had the nerve to respond with "well you can just call everyone in the world and tell them your new number" REALLY???????!!!!!!!! Whatever you do... Do not shop here. I am thankful i remembered another boost store down the street by 58th avenue. They had the lg tribute in stock. And were amused by the experience i had explained to them...

I went because I wanted someone to explain to me the reason for the calls I was receiving and about hospot because before it was with boost infinite in September I received an email telling me that now it is boost mobile I wanted to explain this to the gentleman he did not let me speak, told me that his phone is more expensive than mine, told me that I did not have a company he has 30 and finally told me that if I do not come out in 3 minutes he will call the police. However I am a customer looking for a better service. He treated me like I was a thief and had a very racist...

Awful customer service. My parents went there today with a few questions and they were treated horribly. I wish they would have asked for the store attendant's name... This person was condescending and plain rude. Treated them like they were stupid. They just wanted to know if they could buy a chip for their unlocked phone and the guys was so rude with his answers and attitude like they were a nuisance. These people should not be allowed to work directly with customers. Refrain from going to this store unless you want to be...
