we live in New York, and our decorator spec'd out a super expensive Italian dinning room table, after doing some research i stumbled upon Wasser's furniture, turns out they were a distributor for this company that made the table. obviously i was hesitant because of the amount of the money, and the 7 month ish lead time, but after several back and forths with Josh, i felt comfortable enough to place the order (several thousand less than my decorator), order was placed, and the waiting began. i received regular updates from Josh letting me know progress. after a long 8 months the table arrived.... with a tiny 2.5 inch scratch. we notified Josh and he went to work immediately , table was picked up several days later, and the top finishers in New York came to look at the table to see if they can get it back to 100%, sadly they couldn't, within one day of getting notified that they couldn't get it to 100%, josh already ordered a new table!. let me reiterate, this is not some run of the mill table, it is a hand made 140+ inch table, that cost a boat load..... i was trying to say it wasn't a big deal, etc, but Josh just ordered the new table. we were amazed. i guess what i'm trying to say is, rarely in these crazy www.whatever days, we forget how nice it is to have a company like this, 3rd generation from what i understand. wherever you are thinking of buying, think again if its not from Wasser's.. these guys are hands down the BEST place to buy furniture. Josh - thank you so much. you will definitely be our first call when we need...

My love affair with the Wasser family started about ten years ago, when I purchased an American Leather sleeper sofa for my guest room in my previous apartment. I subsequently moved to a larger place, and went back to them to purchase a new bed for my primary bedroom, and beautiful Italian dining chairs and counter stools. Every time, I worked with Jaime, who was really great to deal with. She was patient, creative, knowledgeable and practical. Some might think of Wassers primarily for contemporary furniture, but I was after a very classical look (for example, romantic white leather tufted headboard rather than a super streamlined look ). Jaime cheerfully and patiently tolerated my decision making, always found me exactly what I was looking for, and the price was significantly better than the other stores in town. Josh worked with me with advice and selections as well, and he was always happily available on a moments notice to help. The delivery guys were meticulous, showed up when they were supposed to, and literally wore white gloves when they brought everything in. Jaime and Josh grew up in the furniture business, are honest, community minded, have great taste, and have taken over what was a long-time family business and modernized it for a new generation (but have kept the warm and fuzzy family feeling). I am happy to buy my furniture from a lovely family business, with access to so many high end brands, and who wins on price, service...

Recently bought a house and needed some LR furniture. Saw reviews on google for Wasser's and decided to check them out. My wife and I were met by Claudia who provided some good tips on how to shop in their store. After a few minutes, we realized that we needed help navigating. Claudia gave us a grand tour and we decided on a couch style. Looking at pictures of our room, Claudia had some great ideas on colors for the couch and chairs as well as a beautiful rug that tied it all together. We opted to expedite manufacturing ($) and placed our deposit. Josh always responded to status requests promptly and accurately. A little delayed, but reasonable. When everything arrived, we got "white glove" delivery. Honestly, the two guys (Adrian and ?) were amazing. They took excellent care of the furniture and our house. They took time to make sure we were happy with the placement of everything. They even moved a piece (coffee table) not purchased for us. They took away all of the packing, etc. Wore booties, gloves. We had paid ($) for this service, but nice to actually have it mean something. We love the new furniture (American Leather). Hopefully, it will provide years of service. Very happy that we couldn't find any obvious blemishes and no squeaks so far...Very highly recommend Wasser's...
