Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hamden

If i could rate 0 stars I would!! This is the worst Taco Bell location I’ve ever been to since I’ve been alive! The customer service is horrible here. Every time we order a worker has such a bad attitude like bad enough to Ruin someone’s whole day. My last experience I had Here with my wife was the last one I will ever experience because I’m never going back. A really nasty worker, She was a small short woman/girl of spanish decent took our order like she was mad at the world. My wife and I got Through it the best way we could but then our bag of food had everything thrown in there and looked so nasty. Because we said something about it (as we had a right to) she started getting mad and talking so unprofessionally and nasty the whole time. When they re-did our food they barely gave us any of the nacho fries I ordered so I kindly Asked if they could put some more in the bag and they put less to be funny so I just Asked for a refund and decided to go somewhere else. The supervisor on duty only refunded me for partial of my order so I had to go back. This was the most annoying and frustrating experience I’ve had in a very long time with customer service. If I could give zero stars I would terrible terrible service. I wouldn’t come back here if it were the last and final Taco Bell on earth. That’s just how terrible service is. The whole staff seems to be young kids who could care less about being there and are super rude and disrespectful. Got the drive through window slammed on me about three times by the redhead girl that works in the morning. I didn’t have an issue or an incident. She just gave off a rude demeanor and slammed the window three times just unnecessary. She forgot her mic was still on while I was in the drive-through and I heard her talking a whole bunch of junk because I ordered two items and pronounce the name wrong boo-hoo. Nobody likes to have to get up every day and go to work in order to pay your bills, but at the end of the day it’s something everybody in America has to deal with like it or not they should probably change their attitude and take even the slightest amount of pride and what they do and it probably would result in better service to customers and better ratings but then again y’all probably don’t care. Ordered a California crunch wrap with no bacon, as I’m Muslim. Everything was correct on screen and I drove up to pay. I noticed the teller and cook laughing and joking when I was paying. Then when the cook handed me my food, not the teller.. chuckling all the while. I thought something might be up. Took a couple bites and everything seemed fine. Until I got to the last 1/3 of the sandwich. It was nothing but bacon. These self absorbed entitled idiots should not be serving food. God knows what else goes on there if they’re messing with people’s food like that. Will never eat a thing from this location again.
