Very nice people that work in this store, and they are always helpful, but there's never anyone in the Merle Norman Department to help you with your cosmetic purchases. You have to wait for a Hallmark clerk to help you because they have it blocked off so that you can't get in. The Hallmark clerks help you the best they can, and they are always very nice, but they really should have a Merle Norman clerk that's trained specifically about the products. They used to have a lady and she really knew her products. I'm sorry they let her go and never got anyone else. The store itself is your regular Hallmark store. It has a nice selection of cards and gifts, even chocolates. Store is extremely neat and clean. I gave 2 stars because for such a cheerful place. The environment sucks. The black lady I think has worked there for a long time is really snippy, and just not pleasant at all. The other clerk that worked there looked like she was too scared look at me. I expect a nice airy cheerful mood but it's cold as ice as far as interactions with employees. The black lady was blah. Everytime I go in I am stared down by the employees and I can always hear them talking about me behind my back. They also dont let you use your rewards money/points for most of the items in the store but every other hallmark Ive gone into lets you use your point on everything in the store so I dont know what there problem is.
