Very poor customer service. Walked in at about 6:30 pm and waited around and no one said a word to me for about 10 minutes of being there. There was only 1 other customer in the store and about 6 or 7 employees but everyone seemed to only be directing their attention to that guy that was talking about picking up his rolex watch. I will tell you one thing, i might have not been there for a rolex but i was shopping for a diamond ring for my wife for our 5th anniversary. I am so so hurt I didn’t realize that the October 2024 incident I saw on the news was Sam. To learn that Sam is no longer with us is sad really sad. I use to get my jewelry from here since way back in the 90’s and I went on the website to see if they were still in business because my birthday is coming up and I wanted to drop in there for something nice for myself. The people here are awesome and kind. Nobody deserves what they did to him and his wife. May the horrible people involved get their karma and may this family get justice.
