Great young staff... Good to see that.. And to see they went just above a little to help me out. We all know That our 17-22 yr old kids dont know everything there is to know about the parts or solutions to our cars, & if YOU ARE ONE OF THOSE PPL THAT EXPECT them to! then you Expect too much and are UNREALISTIC.. yet, what this employees may not have known they too were easily entertained with hearing some knowledge we know and could give to them.. sometimes we visit parts stores and we expect those to KNOW EVERYTHING and solve our own DEMISE.. Stopped here today to have my battery tested. The guy behind the counter told me to hang on so he could finish watching his TikTok. After that he tested my battery and told me it was bad and it would cost 200 dollars. While checking my battery he was very unprofessional and swearing and complaining about the tester. Good thing I am a second opinion kinda person. I went to AutoZone and had my battery tested they said it was just fine. Thank God an AutoZone opened in Fowlerville. This worker is very unprofessional and just trying to make sales. Avoid this place, not the first time I've dealt with this...

if i could put 0 stars i would for sure.. All the workers were condensing and rude. I ordered a part for my jeep over the phone and when i went to pick it up they insisted i didn’t order it at the right store. once they found it i got cashed out and my receipt was crumbled. I forgot to get the clamps for the muffler so i walked back in and asked what size they thought was best and his reply was “they’re on the back wall figure it out” after i walked out of the store the employee added me on all social media and his girlfriend texted me telling me how i should’ve asked someone...
