I went in and decided to buy a table set, asked if it was in stock and how soon I could pick it up. I was told it was in stock and that I would receive it the following Monday/Tuesday. Wednesday came and I called to ask for an update. I was told now I wasn’t going to receive my table for another week and a half. So I called again later to see if there was any way to resolve this since I was in need of a table. They told me I could get the floor model. When I went to the store to pick up the floor model I asked if I could have a discount since it was the floor model and it had a few scuffs and scratches, I was told no and told I could not have a refund either. Then I was told I could come back tomorrow and they would bring the table from the warehouse. I am not from here and my spouse is deployed so finding help for loading isn’t easy. I asked if they could cover the delivery instead since the following day I wouldn’t have anyone to help me (the paper says you need bring two people to pick up) and they said no. The customer service at this place...

Terrible experience! I walked in looking for a dining set. Stumbled upon a set my family fell in love with, and unfortunately it was the floor model and last in stock. It had a few nicks and scratches on it but we still wanted it. I asked if it could get a deal we were told no we have to hold firm to prices. Fine by me but I had found the exact same table by model number at another furniture store for $300 less. I asked if they would price match. Again they said no. My final offer was for them to cover the only 80 dollar delivery fee, knowing I was overpaying for the table. The lady went to the desk to “ask” never talked to anyone and came back and stated they couldn’t do it. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone. At this point a manager should be involved in trying to close a sale with a willing buyer but there ok with walking away from...

I cannot recommend this furniture store more highly. You are made to feel extremely comfortable as soon as you walk in.
