Lydia's Cabinet of Curiosities — Local services in Hannibal

I visited here with my mother earlier this year while passing though the state. This is, hands down, one of the coolest shops I've ever been inside of across all of my travels across America (especially if you like collecting rocks). The mother of the owner was there to help us when we dropped by. Not only was she incredibly knowledgeable about all of their items, but also incredibly kind and a great conversationalist! Those eggs in the photos are real dinosaur eggs! So exciting! Best of luck to you all in opening...

This place is a hidden treasure. It's a veritable museum masquerading as a shop! I cannot recommend going and speaking with the proprietor more highly. There are works of art by extremely famous artists there because he can buy them damaged and restore them. And the collection is very eclectic. Whatever your taste or interest you'll find something there that will fascinate...
