I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED in your customer service, or lack there of, and to date you are NOT standing behind your furniture even when the extra warranty was purchased!! Your tech came out 08/06/2024 and I have received no call regarding fixing the issues, you cannot sit or lay on the couch without causing pain from the hard area on the surface of couch, seating on couch does not line up/has extreme gaps, collapsing and loveseat storage lid corners they missed the padding around the corners/hard edges are exposed and caused my grandchild to knock/bruise there head from not being fully covered with the padding etc. NO return calls regarding fixing / correcting the issues and honoring your warranty! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LACK OF REGARD to promptly respond or honor the warranty of your furniture!! Your service tech took pictures on 08/06/2924, he did not make any adjustments to the couch because of the hard area on the surface is not fixable, and the lid on the loveseat storage area will require replacing, he did fix the broken off sharp staples exposed that cut/stabbed you protruding from the loveseat and adjusted the gaps on the loveseat for which I was thankful, BUT to date no return call on status of remedy to fix/correct the other issues with furniture that is under warranty and the furniture is brand new!

My husband bought me a furniture set that I really wanted and we tried it out in the store. Sat on it at the store it was really nice. I only had my furniture for a month. Glad we did not pay the extra 200 and for the pillows or cushions if they go flat like I said only been a month .Doesn’t even look like you’re sitting on a cushion. Pillows are going flat already it’s ridiculous for the price you pay for this furniture . The picture I added is just the love seat when u sit down the cushions they go flat doesn’t matter what size u are, Not happy at all. and it’s better in person to understand what I mean. I received no help from customer service and am now out $1,000 from a mattress that does not work for my chronic pain. When I made the purchase the employee assured me that if I purchased the protection plan (which was $100) I could return the mattress within 100 days if it did not work for me. I was not even given a written description of the full policy until AFTER I paid. Will never be buying from this company again and could never recommend them. Conniving and dishonest.
UPDATE - Those responses to reviews from the store saying a customer service representative wants to assist you are also fake. I reached out to them at the email and they said someone would be reaching out to me in a couple days and it’s been weeks with no response from them, even after a follow up. Don’t support this company!! Horrible. Especially with the current economy I cannot believe how they would rip people off like this....
