Taco Bell — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

I went to this Taco Bell earlier tonight and was curious about substituting one of the items in a box. I asked the cashier, named Jessika, if that was possible, and she didn’t think so, so we asked her if we could check with the manager. She called over her manager, whose name was Cori. When asked to come over, the manager said very rudely, “Why?” and stomped over. Then I asked her if we were able to substitute an item in the box and she, very rudely again, said, “Nope.” and turned away from me and my family. Her disposition put Jessika in an awkward situation, as her superior was being extremely rude to customers. Because of Cori’s extreme lack of customer service and even the common courtesy to be a kind human being, I left without ordering anything. Employees need to be re trained on how to make a simple taco. As of last 2 months a particular machine has been “ broken and we don’t know when it will be fixed” and cannot make any Gordita crunches. That’s fine. Yesterday I go thru drive through and was asked 3x to repeat 4 things I ordered of which 2 never made it to the screen. I was finally told to just pull up. I asked was my order even fully taken. The girl at window say “oh yea”. So I asked if it machine is fixed and can I add on a cheesy Gordita crunch to which she replies” we cannot add on to an order once it’s placed”. I said is it your staff is just untrained on how to edit an order since I did not pay yet or does your register not allow for it which would be fair. Went to the drivethrough on a sunday night, starting with a positive they got me my food incredibly fast. However when i was taking the time to check 20 seconds max that all of my food was there the lady reopened the window and told me to move (no one behind me). I just mentioned i was gonna finish checking which was responded with the demand to move. I finished checking anyway and sure enough one of my items was missing. When i brought it up they doubted me so i had to rehand them my order for them to check. They realized they messed up and told me to come inside then to get my final item. I was extremely aggrivated especially as someone who works on a timer too thats just not how you treat a customer.
