Panera Bread — Restaurant in Harborcreek Township

Ordered a sandwich and bacon mac and cheese bowl with 2 cups of coffee. After 15-20 minutes, order was not up yet. They did keep yelling about a bacon mac and cheese bowl "to go", which one would assume was...to go. Then I found out that he never rang up the sandwich,which was the very first thing ordered. When I asked the cashier about it, he said that he was sure he rang it up. No apology, no offer to ring the sandwich up and get the order in right away, just a blank stare and a mumbled question.."you still want it? " umm was pretty sure that's what were there for, but at that point I declined. f they don't want customers to actually buy food and eat there, then wish granted. When I went back to check on my moms mac and cheese, was promptly told they had called it out several times,(felt like I was being scolded) but once again , heard "to go " orders, over and over. A little confusing. The place was not busy, but may be they were slammed with to go orders. Mom finally was able to eat her bacon mac and cheese, which she said was ok, but not worth 11.79. I finally did get to eat something..when I went home..made tacos. They were yummy. After being in the ER all day with my mom, this little stress fest left her upset and weepy. On an up note, we got our coffee right away so kudos for giving us cups!...

I live over 4 miles from this store and panera doesn't deliver to my area. I ordered pick 2 with a turkey bacon avocado sandwich, abd half greek salad with extra olives and extra dressing. After running errands and arriving home i open my salad and there are no olives at all. This is not the first time i have had my order prepared inaccurately. I called and talked to the manager and she told me she would talk to her people about making orders correctly and consistently. I paid six dollars for a salad that wasn't made right and the only recourse was a talking to for the ones who made it. This kind of service is not worth the money i paid for both my meal and the gas to get there. if this was the first time something like this has happened or it was offered to be corrected it wouldn't be as big of a deal. I guess I've learned my lesson on giving them more...

The workers are all very nice the food is alright but the drive thru needs a major adjustment with how long you have to wait...people ordering food from the menu and the wait time is often 10-20 minutes to get a coffee. This is not a "fast food" restaurant so the drive thru needs to be adjust accordingly......even the fast food places will have people pull off into a parking spot to wait for their food if they place an order at the speaker that requires time to make! Many people stop with limited time to grab a drink whether for work or with a car full of kids going to school and should not have to go in and get their items because some people place orders in drive thru that take 20 minutes.. just a bad system for Paneras drive...
