Sweet Fire Tobacco — Local services in Haring Township

I am a regular customer and have always came back for 2 reasons.

1 is the store is clean and cared for. 2, the manager Rob is quick to greet me and give me his time like it’s what he wants to do, not have to do. Today, I see Stacia the old manager working. The store is dirty, dust on everything, rug dirty, the shelves are all a mess! There are card board boxes full of stuff on the floor I had to walk the other way to avoid. Ok, maybe a busy day, maybe. I have never once seen the store in this condition! The new manager, Stacia is very rude, maybe having a bad day, we all have them. But the attitude that she gave me and another customer yelling at both of us was a horrible experience that is far beyond a “hard day” be professional. Then what topped it off, there is some kid, maybe 6 or 7 sleeping on the floor. I can not continue to shop here anymore. She just ruined any further sales made by me. She is not ment to be in a position of management or customer service. I might consider returning if the old manager Rob was to come back or someone who cares like he does. This...
