Server had trouble taking our drink order, we had to repeat it so many times. My father in law asked for chopsticks “I’ll just leave six and then we will put back whatever you don’t use” I work in food in beverage when something touches a guests table it never goes to a different guest. Not sure if this is the server being uneducated or nasty policy at the buffet.

then she messed up our drinks(at this point not holding it against her , I’m assuming she’s very new, but it gets worse from here) we had to rearrange the cups and then she comes back again to ask what we got, then leaves saying “so 4 drinks” then walks off (2 of us got water) so I say out loud “she’s probably putting it all on one ticket” so as soon as she comes back to our table I let her know it’s supposed to be a split order, and my friends son let her know the bathroom was out of toilet paper. She says she’ll take care of it.

She comes back to make sure she split the ticket correctly and then tells us next time we need to make sure we inform the cashier before she seats us because she didn’t know we were split. This is weird to me because it has always been the server who asks before taking a drink order “is this all on one ticket?” She takes the tickets back to the cashier and then mutters under her breath right next to my table “I don’t know why you’re yelling at me when they didn’t tell you it was split” server was the worst , sounds like the cashier may have gotten mad at her for not asking us and the server tried to put all the blame on us and the cashier.

Now on to the stuff that wasn’t specifically related to the server.

Broccoli was raw in the broccoli chicken, green beans were also raw. Crab rangoons tasted extra fishy (possibly old oil?) toilet paper never got stocked in the men’s room. And I only paid for my husband and I, 1 water 1 soda and it was almost $40.

I normally go to Great Wall because they have the options my kids like, I was actually kid free for once so we decided to go to Asian buffet because they have more options and it used to be my preferred buffet in the past, and it was a mistake. Apparently a lot has changed since the last time I went. The buffet was average, the service was horrible. And it was...

*a wrong order, missing items specifically asked for and a drive back after getting home after asking the lady at the counter & being told yes. My fault for not looking but c'mon

I've ate here twice before and wasn't impressed either time but that was when they first open so I thought I'd try once more with a carry out.

I ordered 4 combinations Sunday around lunch time; shrimp lomein, shrimp egg fu young, sweet & sour chicken and almond boneless chicken. Asking for an extra sweet & sour sauce for the 4 egg rolls as well as the usual plum sauce, hot mustard and fortune cookies bc I haven't ate here in years and wanted to make sure.

I got all the way home and found one small sauce for an entire order plus the egg rolls and the almond boneless chicken was the same sweet & sour chicken but with a little bit of dark sauce in the bottom. Also no packets of sauce, no napkins and only 3 cookies 🤦🏽‍♀️

I took a picture and called back. Explained the problem and the lady tells me the "A.B.Chkn is with the sweet and sour" I then described the small amount of dark sauce in the bottom and she changes her answer to "yes is where the vegetables are under the chicken in the sauce, the broccoli".

They apologized and asked if I was coming back. Yes of course, I have to. Got back, showed the picture & described it but she stuck to her story about yes that's how it's suppose to be. NEVER have I seen almond boneless chkn served like that. It was the wrong cut of chicken, there was no gravy or broccoli.

I didn't have an order for myself but the few bites I tried were hot, fresh & packaged very well in reusable black plastic containers. The people I ordered for said it was good but one sm sauce would never be enough and the other said the almond boneless was wrong but they made it work. Everyone agree overall...

Saturday evening and all the food was.cold and tasted leftover. Nothing was really tasty and I threw away more food then I got to eat. I asked my waitress if we were the only ones not satisfied with the food. She was very polite and said she would get a manager to come talk to me. The lady came over to my table all sassy saying that we were lying about the food she even asked another table if the food was good and they said it was ok. I said it's sad that you strive for ok food. She then told me that she would give me 10% off of my meal. I told her I didn't even eat 10% of my food. She was so mean to me and embarrassing at the table talking to other tables that I told her I wasn't going to pay for it. She then said okay. I'll call the police. I waited and thought she was going to get a hold of the police. 5 minutes later she pulled me up to the counter and asked another couple if the food was good. I was just disappointed and told her she was embarrassing herself at this point. She then told me to leave and not ever come back. I don't ever plan on coming back. I never did before she said that. But now what I do plan on doing is getting someone in there to look at that food because it's barely edible. I want temperatures taken and a look in that kitchen because what I saw was scary. I wish I would have taken a picture of this corn on the cob that was on the buffet for what looked like all day. It was dry and greasy looking. Not even the least bit appetizing. Asian buffet in Cadillac needs to go to Traverse City and get a little education lesson from them. We...

Not terrible. Not great either. Very americanized versions of orange chicken, fried rice, etc. Its definitely not some place I'd go to get authentic Asian food. There's a confusion of different stuff. Typical buffet style, flavored food. They did have sushi rolls. Which I was surprised. I wasn't brave enough to try anything other than the California rolls, but those were actually good. The Wasabi was terrible. Ginger was avoided, bowl it was in looked nasty. But for 15 bucks, all you can eat, it is what it is. Waitress was very nice. Pepsi products and a bunch of different ice cream flavors in tubs.

I drive to here from Traverse City sometimes. The food is really great, it's not overpopulated and over the top busy at least during the times I have gone. I have had great waitresses as well. One with blue hair and then another that when I was here, it was like visiting an old friend and hanging out with her while she was at work. I love the atmosphere here. Compared to the Traverse City, Michigan Asian Buffet, I would have to say that this Asian Buffet is better than the Traverse City one. As such, more offered to eat, being the biggest factor.
