We don't usually go into Burger King late at night. We stopped by to eat around 9 p.m. We came across the night crew and we were not disappointed. The Front Crew served us promptly and they were very polite. They Greeted us with smiles even after we went back to ask for sauces. The back crew in the Kitchen made our food just the way it looks on the menu. Those Whoppers could have won a beauty contest. The gentleman up front that was cleaning prior to close had the place looking like Mr Clean had passed through. The night crew of Bryanna, Allysa, Louis , Eric, and Zach were running like a fine tuned well oiled machine. Most of our experience has been in the daytime and the day crew I would say is only second to the Night crew, that includes all other fast food restaurants that i have been to in the area. I would give this place 10 Stars if google let me, actually.... ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐
Update May 7 2025 I left a review of this Burger King location a few months ago. It had been a while since we had come in to dine in. We decided to eat in after a long Day in Cadillac because I knew that this Burger King location never disappoints and I was definitely right! As soon as we interacted with the outstanding employee Ariah Sikkema we felt extremely welcomed. She spoke to us as if she had known us for a very long time, striking up a conversation that felt effortless to carry on. I have had conversations with other establishment employees that are somewhat robotic and mundane. That is not the case with Ariah. Her fellow employees worked diligently with no hesitation or distractions focused only on the task at hand. Everyone seemed to be multitasking to keep the operation running smoothly. Shortly after we arrived it began to get very busy. I noticed all the employees stayed cool calm and collected keeping their focus and pace of work constant. The food was amazing and very fresh. I commend the chef in the back for making all the food and keeping up with the busy pace. Shortly before leaving i overheard an employee mention that they were short staffed but with the way the night crew handled things, I would have never guessed. Everything ran very smoothly, the employees were very welcoming and very interactive with their customers. The food was amazing and the establishment was kept very clean and tidy as if a mother in law was about to visit. I will continue to give this Burger King establishment my business and these employees definitely deserve the recognition for their...
Read moreMy wife got a job at Burger King and ended up catching her foot on a chair and dislocated her knee(the knee dislocation is a previous injury) when her knee hit the ground it fractured and now she needs surgery. It took a month for her to be able to go back to work. She could only work back till because of needing to sit down. The first two days back she got a chair. After that even though doctor and corporate ordered that she needed to sit. She was not given a chair. Her till got messed up 3 times. First time a lady wanted to pay cash and card and when she input the cash the system crashed and her manager told the lady to just pull forward. The second time she accidentally gave a customer two fives instead of one. She told the employee at the second window. They did nothing, however the customer came in and gave the five back. The third time was also a computer crash. Becky one of the store managers told her when she came in after the third mess up “you can work today but you’re suspended for the rest of the week” a week later no calls. She goes in and the other store manager said “you have two no call no shows” “no, I got suspended. Becky told me to finish the shift I was there then I was suspended” “no you were told you’re suspended at our earliest convenience, Becky told you that. Keep in mind that the other store manager was not there. We are barley getting by, Burger King knows this and they treat everyone poorly regardless of employee or customer! I recommend going to the other Burger King on...
Read moreUsually don't leave reviews for something like this because although I have never worked fast food, I have been a waitress and bartender for many years. This is the second time in two weeks that I have tried burger long and I never eat there but I am definitely reminded why. Last week I can in about 10:45 which okay they close at eleven, so they were probably getting ready to close. The parking lot and drive thru were empty. My food was literally ice cold, not just the fries either, my whopper was cold as can be. Why ever stay open if you aren't going to have fresh food. Could have said hey we have everything closed down and all we have is cold food that has been sitting here and that is what you will receive for your 20 dollars. Now this morning I try again and order 2 breakfast sandwiches, again, the parking lot was empty and one care in the drive thru behind me. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. Get home to eat them before I go to work because I àm very hungry. I open bacon sandwich up and it's a croissant. So disappointed. I DO NOT like croissants. Now again for the second time in a weeks time my dog will get to eat my food because I don't have time to go back. I would understand if they were busy that someone made a mistake but when I am your only customer, how do you mess up the only...
