I'm currently sitting here getting a pedicure by someone who doesn't know what he's doing. Literally his version of a massage is wiping my legs and punching the bottoms of my feet. I wish I had paid more attention to whether or not they sterilized the metal utensils, but they definitely reuse the files from one client to another without cleaning them!! Also, he filled the tub with luke warm water so by the time we was ready to do my feet it was cold. He said he couldn't refill it cuz he already filled it and put the liner in it. I definitely will not be coming back. I should've walked out before he touched me with that nasty file!! I just hope I don't get a fungal infection. I wish I could post pictures on here to show the files 🙄🤮. Just disappointed cuz I went by other reviews 😕. I've literally never written a bad review before, but due to the unsanitary methods I had to let others know. I mean you'd think since covid they'd make sure EVERYTHING is sterilized. Made an APPOINTMENT, according to the website they open at 9:30am. So on Monday August 5th, I called and made an appointment for my 8 yr old granddaughter and myself for a pedicure. We arrive Tue Aug 6th at 9:25am. They were already opened, with TWO women sitting in the pedicure chairs and a women sitting waiting. I started chatting with the women who was waiting and turns out she had an appt at 9am. So we are sitting and sitting, nail tech finishes one women, then started the second women and this is 9:45am. Then another young woman comes in, goes straight to the manicure chair, out comes another employee from the back. Nobody ask about the folks already waiting if they had an appointment or anything. The guy finishes with that women and just a few minutes before he is done with her, in comes another women. So when the young women pays for her manicure, the other women just walks up and sets in a manicure chair. That's when I told my granddaughter we will have to go somewhere...

I will never go back to Top Nails in Cadillac. It is a horrible, dirty place. They are rude and have no manners at all. Plus, most importantly, they did a horrible job. I don't know why I went back there after one of the men there cut my daughter and she had to go on an antibiotic because it was infected due to their dirty tools they use. I went there today to have my toe nails painted and the woman that did it was rude and extremely immature. I have no clue how they are still in business. They use the same nail file on one person after another.. there should be stricter rules on this with licensing it's gross. They're beyond unprofessional and I am so upset that I actually paid to have this horrible of a job done. It looks like a child did it. DO NOT GO to this place you will regret it. Try one of the local salons or the nail place in the mall in traverse city. Ugh I'm so...
