I used to love this place until today. Customer service was subpar to me but great to everyone else. However, that didn't stop me from shopping as I like their items. What the game changer was is when I overheard the sales lady tell a customer that was shopping for her daughter's dog that she could try the outfit on the dog and if it didn't fit she could return it as long as the tags were still attached. I do wash the clothing before putting it on the baby but to know that dogs could have worn these clothes that are being sold in the store is a no no for me. Never again. My friend and I went to Carter's in Harker Heights and the entire time we were in the store whether there were other customers or not one if not both of the employees that were working followed us around and watched everything we did, had they asked us if we needed help finding something while they followed us around or offered us information on deals it wouldn't have been so bad.
