Their selections are amazing. Iāve come here on several occasions and enjoyed my experiences. However the trip I made last left me a bit annoyed. The cashier greeted me as normal and to let me know that if I had any questions she was there to help. At the time I was the only customer in the store and I didnāt have anything specific in mind to purchase. During my perusing I heard a song the piqued my interest (the song was Sally Was a Cop by Chuck Prophet ft. Quiensave for anyone thatās curious). I paused in an aisle to look up the lyrics. I heard the cashier from behind me ask me again if I needed help from the opposite end of the aisle, I told her no once again. It started to feel uncomfortable for me. Then a customer came in one after the other, from the sounds of it a man whom paid quickly and a woman who based on my perception did not receive the same treatment. Frustrated I grabbed what item I found and went to pay because I no longer felt like I was welcome and couldnāt browse to the extent that I liked. My 7 year old daughter's wand broke in less than 2 hours and we were refused a replacement and told that the wand left the store in one piece. My daughter was with me the whole time and did nothing inappropriate to cause the damage. I was also lectured on how no other business would replace broken/damaged items; which is the biggest lie ever. I pride myself in shopping locally and with ethical, slow fashion companies.
