I waited for almost 30 mins for my meals. I watched as 12 other vehicles, 6 behind me and 6 in front of me leave before receiving my food. The worker apologized for such a long wait and said they were just waiting on fries and assured me that the rest of my food would be warm as well, since I expressed concern that it was just sitting there for 30 minutes waiting for the fries. I received my order and to my surprise, my fries and the chicken nuggets were both cold, not even warm. I drove back through and spoke with the worker, because I was surprised I waited almost 30 mins for fries when they were cold anyways. I spoke with the store owner and she said, "I can replace your fries". I said what about my chicken nuggets that are cold too from waiting so long? She responded, "I am not going to refund all of your food". I said I don't want a refund I want to get fresh food for my family, that is why I waited so long. She repeated, "I can replace your fries". I told her I was becoming very anxious and uncomfortable, as I don't like to complain. She not once apologized for the food, or provided any kind of friendliness or professionalism. She just kept repeating, "I can replace your fries" as though she was a robot. I became more uncomfortable with her demeanor and the whole situation that I just agreed for the fries to replace, so that I could leave. Read moreThe only complaint I have is the amount of money I’ve spent on this addiction lol. This Chick-fil-A is by far the best service I’ve ever seen. The food is always warm and cooked to perfection. The workers are very kind and accommodating, especially Aaron. He is very friendly and always goes above and beyond. One time he couldn’t make the kind of coffee my friend wanted, so he gave the whole table free coffee. That’s one of the best aspects of this establishment, the reward system is very worth it. Multiple times a month there are opportunities to get free food from the app. The manager, Jake, is very generous with all the rewards he hands out. Lastly, the community events they plan are so fun and great for family and friends to attend. I love playing bingo every month, and Jenna is a great host. Even crazier, the employee who played Spider-Man at the superhero night ended up showing up to my sister’s school production to support their theater. It was hilarious and a fun surprise for the audience. To take personal time off of work to make these high school students’ day really shows the wonderful character of the employees and they really seem to care about the satisfaction of the customers. Read moreI just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank the amazing staff at Chick-fil-A for their kindness and thoughtfulness. My 7-year-old wanted to build his confidence by doing something on his own, so I let him go in and order our meal by himself. He came out beaming with pride—he was so excited and proud of himself. The staff was so sweet and even helped him carry everything when it was too much for him.
Unfortunately, once we got home, our dog ate his sandwich. He was really bummed, but I told him we’d go back and get another one. On the way, he talked about how he wanted to explain what happened, hoping they might remember him. Sure enough, the same girl was working, and she did remember him. He told her the story, and she was so kind—she gave him a replacement sandwich for free.
That simple act of kindness meant the world to him (and to me). It completely made his day, and it's something I’ll always remember. We’ll definitely be returning to this location more often—the staff truly goes above and beyond.
