As far as I know, the only place to get Cabot products from the folks themselves aside from the Factory up north. Samples of each cheese, dip and spread are out every day along with crackers, among a few other products like popcorn and pretzels. Prices are excellent and I always stock up on any sale cheese, yogurt that I can't find in the grocery store, butter, local cured meats and a splurge on some other local aged or raw milk cheese. Tons of souvenirs, other local products like sauces and syrups, wine selection and coffee from a keurig served by the ladies at the register. Read moreWe LOVE coming here! This was our 2nd visit and we happened to time it perfectly for a fresh bread delivery that evidently happens every Friday in the early afternoon. There are also wine tastings and a cheese sample. They mentioned that one of the syrup vendors was visiting Saturday so they seem to have something regularly. This is a phenomenal store for treats to take home or as gifts. Prices are fair and the cheese selection is wonderful. We have left both times with an array of Cabot cheese as well as Castleton crackers and maple syrup.
