Understand you have hours of operations, but being rude and telling customers you close more than once while they are looking. Only one customer wasn't reminded and she had a service dog. Guess that is why. But the minute by minute reminder when looking for gift/keepsake for my anniversary trip was not acceptable. Offer to help me with anything would have been better. My family and I go here every year, and each year it's just as beautiful as the last. However, they've taken out some of our favorite trails, which is a bit disappointing for those of us whom have been there before. But, for a nice, long walk with a gorgeous view, this definitely is great. Also, we always stop at the Antique Shop and such just down the road from here before we go.
