I've been paying for a TV from here for over 6 months, always pay early, never late. But they claim I'm not allowed to get anything else. I've been told two different stories about why I can't. It really doesn't matter because now I don't want anything else from them. LOYALTY AND EARLY PAYMENTS GET YOU NO WHERE WITH THIS PLACE. The manager knows me and will call me if there is something about an item that I order online that she doesn't think I will like. The customer service is gone down. Walked in didn’t get greeted. We where about to leave before someone wanted to wait on us. Couldn’t deliver today and told us tomorrow after 3. They lost a sale today. We went to farmers and got my new refrigerator today delivered with no money down and monthly payments way cheaper and friendly staff. Beautiful smiles also.
