I checked in as a walk in and selected text me when ready. I immediately received a confirmation that I would be texted when ready. I went out to the parking lot to wait as it was a nice day. My appointment time passed and had not received a text so I went up stairs and saw no queue on the TV screen. I then rechecked in and a Jamaican Technician was extremely rude when she came out and said "I was just about to cancel your appointment". I asked her why and said I selected text and never received a text. She said she called me (meaning she went out to the waiting room and called my name. I said, I was waiting in the parking lot waiting for a text; why didn't someone text me?She said, I called you (again meaning she went out to the waiting room and called my name) and now I am taking my lunch. I explained that I was there to pick up a test kit. Then another very polite female Tech came over to help and and gave me the kit which I brought it back within the hour. She was very helpful.

Make an appointment online and make sure to input your cellphone. 2. They will text you before your appointment a hyperlink to check-in. Click it when youâre turning into the parking lot. 3. Wait in your car. No sense going into that small waiting room. 4. They will text you when to go in. When I walked in, the people in the waiting room said they had just called my name. Night and day from the first two days when I went and waiting FOREVER. Picture for text message reference. Note times. My appointment was for 9:15 that day. Not bad!

   Read moreThe two women working early this morning were very customer focused. They communicated well between each other and went above and beyond to help patients. The check-in tech frustrated many people who had appointments and they assisted each one with kindness. I had a kit and no appointment but the stars had aligned for me to be there without exercising, fasted and with early morning childcare so they made an extra effort to fit me in.
