This store is the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at any mobile company. It seems like it staffed with teenagers and they will literally have dramatic arguments in front of you and talk about their lives while you are waiting for them to help you. Super unprofessional and I can only assume the store can’t find competent help. I’ll never go back, it’s so awkward and you will wait a long time just for them to give you an attitude for no reason and act like toddlers.
Oh and to top that off, they really don’t understand what they are doing. They sold me the wrong phone and refused to accept a return, I had to go through corporate channels and it took two months to get it sorted. I went in to buy a new phone so I could give my phone to my mom (92 yo) and add her to my plan. Took 2 trips and 3.5+ hours.
Manager refuses to answer questions from struggling sales rep, she responds with “George, I showed you how to do that, you should know…”. She treated the employee assisting me like this both times I was in the store. She sits and plays on her phone and doesn’t want to be bothered. A customer walks in and asks for help, she refuses to get up, tells them where to find something in the store display, and buries her face in her phone again. AVOID THIS STORE! MISERABLE MANAGER!

When I noticed my first bill was full price and not reduced amount, i learned the store applied my $400 payment to shorten the loan period. This is NOT what was agreed to. Store Manager Alexis refused to help me, told me to call TMobile billing. TMobile billing couldn't fix a problem caused by the store. They called Alexis to work it out, she refused to talk with them. Lesson - DO NOT TRUST WHAT IS SAID... do not put money down to reduce payments, it will be handled in appropriately.
