I've always loved cavenders and I spend so much money in this store all the time and the ladies are amazing ,respectful , and very helpful and last night one of the gentlemen was very helpful as well but the manager working was very rude I had brought back 2 pair of jeans I had bought roughly two weeks ago along with 1.400 worth of other things, when I purchased the jeans it was almost closing and i didnt wanna hold them up and the sweet lady that helped me said i could return them if they didn't fit , I had bought one pair for myself which was way to short and was needing a longer pair and the ones i bought my son was baggy in the legs so I was going to exchange for slim fit, i wasnt exchanging for cash and i had my reciept and the tags were with the jeans but the guy who said he was the manager said he wasnt going to exchange them because they smell like they had been washed , note these are brand new jeans and they smell exactly like the ones on the shelf and two other employees said the same thing, maybe he was snelling my perfume i asked and. Said no I smell tide and I'm not exchanging them come back some other time I then told him I have multiple sclerosis and am fully disabled and some days I can't move around as well and it's hard on my to get to places in a certain time frame to please underderatand and please help me the jeans clearly had only been tried on the folded and put back in the calenders bag and tied up and sit in my vehicle for nearly two Weeks because my ms had been kinda hard on me lately and i live off of a set income and lived a good distance from Hattiesburg and didn't really have the extra gas to just come back tmrw that i really need to exchange them because by the next time I can get back to do it may be to far away for the exchange period and he was still just the rudest person that I've ever spoken with at any business in my entire life, he had no manners at all and all i needed was two pair that fit of the same exact jeans but he was absolutely horrible, cavenders has always been amazing to me and I love y'all always but this guy is going to cost them so much business if thats how he treats people even when other employees agree there was nothing wrong with the jeans, I hope this isn't how he treats all of yalls customers especially disabled customers as its very hard for for some to do simple things like shopping , he was so rude I literally broke down crying in my car because he was clearly being rude for no reason and I didn't know how i was going to get back before its too late to exchange the pants, this guy needs to go home, hes ruining a great store with so many amazing people and giving the place a bad name because he didn't want to do his job that he gets paid to do.horrible experience but cavenders is still a great store they just have a horrible person as one of the managers, hoping...

I utilized my company discount at time of checkout. Once I was handed my receipt, I noticed I was overcharged. The price tag on the shirt is $46.97. I was charged $69.99. When. I told the young man.. he told me there was nothing he could do about it.
I hunted down a girl, I assume is the manager (Sydney) where she was steaming a hat. After waiting in line so long and then being overcharged and then the young man's inability to help me or adjust my purchase, I just told her I wanted a refund so I could leave. I just got off work, I thought I could just stop in and buy a pair of pants and shirt.. simple. I didn't know it was going to turn into a half hour ordeal.
Then when she adjusted the amount and did some "credit" thing back to my card, she told me it "may take a while to see back on your card". But I looked at the new receipt and she didn't apply my company discount again.
