I can potentially understand wanting people to purchase a sugar glider in a pair, although when they are experienced and already own gliders currently that seems a little unfair of a requirement. Forcing someone to purchase a full and entire cage and set up and all the supplies you want them to buy from you when they already have a fully equipped habitat and toys and food prep routine and absolutely everything needed that IS an entirely unfair requirement. If I was a bran new owner I could possibly see this being required to ensure you would have what’s needed but being able to provide proof of required habitat and care requirements and care knowledge should be enough. I could even provide existing vet records but , being forced to spend hundreds of additional dollars after already being forced to buy a pair of gliders is absolutely unfair and unacceptable.

Edit to Respond: Mamn, tell the truth. You said I had to buy 2 from you; which was fine I would have done that. Then you interrupted me and said “I’ll just tell you now too that you have to purchase my starter pack” which when I asked what that included you said a cage and other items to which I replied “So I have to buy 2gliders and also a cage even though I have a glider and a cage” you said “Yea” I said “Ok No thank you” and you rudely replied “Whatever Bye” and YOU Mamn, hung the phone up on me.

If you really cared about the well being of animals you wouldn’t have hung up on an experienced owner with a lone glider in need of a mate after his mate passed of old age. You may have opted to video call and prove I have well beyond the necessary experience but you didn’t even give me a chance to ask because as I said, you hung up on me. But that’s ok. Enjoy...

I'm so grateful that I chose to go Hms Reptiphians!! It's just an amazing experience from start to finish! Denise and her son are extremely well educated on all of the reptiles and furry friends. They're so friendly and kind. Always greeting you with a smile, ready to help their customers get educated on the pet of their choice. I chose my Ball Python Lily from them and I absolutely adore her. And let me tell you, they are such wonderful and caring people. They gave me so much information about her care as i had only had a Cornsnake in the past. I called up there every other day with questions and they were kind enough to thoroughly answer my questions or concerns. I absolutely love the atmosphere up there!! I actually feel totally at home there!! I was able to get all of my supplies from them, including Lily's start to kit.. it was so convenient and it really shows how much they care about their animals.
