Homelani Memorial Park & Crematory — Local services in Hawaii

So my husband of 30 years went to Hawaii for a little while to clear his head. He died in that state and was found two weeks later it is taken almost 3 months to finally get his ashes death certificate and I'm still waiting for an evidence report. Porscha Saragosa helped me before his body was even released from the hospital morgue or the police department she was patient with me and I probably babbled and cried for hours to her. The home did me a very good price I honestly believe with the good Lord that they helped me also. Portia never failed to contact me and let me know what was going on with the whole thing went above and beyond to contact places after I was at my wits and to make sure that she could get my husband to the crematorium at her funeral home. This is all been very very sad for my family but she made it so much easier in my heart as I've never had to do with death on my own or burying or cremating anybody. I've never visited your state I would love to come there I know it's quite expensive so not sure if that will ever happen but that would definitely be on my bucket list and I would go right there and say hi to her and give her a big hug. She contacted me when it was being done and stayed with me throughout the process for hours and contacted me immediately after I didn't know time made sure that his ashes were sent to me at a timely manner within days after he was cremated finally. I've never met this woman but I will love her with all my heart until my last day and she reached out to me with her heart and her soul to keep me and my children from continuing to grieve during this process. I could not be more pleased with the support I received from Edna "Loke" Russell from Homelani Memorial Park in the planning of my future cremation! From the moment I first called to find out more details about their establishment and services, she was so very helpful and patient taking all the time I needed to have my questions answered. When I came in person to see their establishment for myself, she gave me the full tour and introduced me to the various people who would be involved and what they did. Signing of the paperwork was just as easy. She sent it to me in an email so I could have all the time I needed to go over it with no stress. Loke has called me several times in between to make sure there were no unanswered questions and I was completely comfortable in making my decision. I just recently lost my mother, and as you can imagine, this is the most difficult time in my life.
