I joined this studio recently and am so glad I did! I really love the multi-modal approach in some of the classes (Massage! Reiki! Acupuncture!). I’ve never seen that before and it’s so effective. Sarah and all the other instructors I’ve experienced are not only knowledgeable, but also incredibly kind and caring and the vibe of the studio reflects that. Best yoga studio in Kona! I was on vacation and needing some zen so my husband and I checked this place out. We ended up going two times during our trip because we loved the first class so much. The instructors are amazing and the studio has such a calming, positive vibe it’s hard not to want to stay for hours. We took Sarah’s move and groove class as well as Dr. Amber’s reiki and cupping class.
