Very disappointed with my experience. I have to start off by saying that I'm a long time medicinal cannabis user, so I'm not a newbie when it comes to certain aspects of this beautiful plant (strains, how different flowers look, smell, effects, flower quality, etc.). However, I am a newbie as it relates to getting medicinal cannabis here in Hawaii. This review is going to be on the lengthy side as I feel as though it's important for the owners of this dispensary to consider a few things, and for the community to think twice about who we give our money to, and to hold businesses accountable when they don't deliver proper service.This was my first trip to any dispensary here at home, and I was quite disappointed. I feel like my experience is the reason so many are hesitant to take the legal reigns off of this naturally healing wonder. So here it goes: I placed my order online and signed up as a patient easily enough. However, I found it confusing to find the details of my order after it was placed. When I got to the dispensary, a clerk did show me how to find my order, but I still think that the site could be a bit more easy to navigate for certain things. Anywho, the order was ready fairly quickly, and after double checking my order labels (amounts, strains) I headed home. Now here's where it get's interesting. Upon examining my flowers at home, one of the strains in particular looked to me like popcorn buds. Now for those who don't know, popcorn buds are kinda like the popcorn kernels at the bottom of your microwave/movie popcorn. Not quite popped completely, and general not as tasty as the fluffy kernels at the top of the bucket. Popcorn buds are gathered from the lower part of the plant and are less desirable. This is why they offer popcorn buds at a lower price than regular flower on their site. Now I have to repeat - while I'm no newbie, I don't know it all. As I said, they "looked" like popcorn buds. So, I called the dispensary looking for someone to reassure me that all was good, and I got the flowers that I ordered and NOT popcorn buds. First call: Hi, I just had a chance to look at my order, and I'm not sure but these kinda look like popcorn buds to me." Clerk "What's your name? Number? I'll have someone call you right back." She didn't ask me to describe what I had, she just said someone would call me back. Odd I thought. But ok. The afternoon goes by, and no call back. Not a good sign.
Call 2, day 2: "Hello, I called yesterday, about an order that I picked up and no one called back. Clerk: Oh, ok. Yes - they researched that. I'll have someone call you back." Me: Huh??? Ok. Final call, and answers from their "specialist": "Well ma'am, if you weigh it, you'll see that it equals what it's supposed to. "Me" "For the 3rd time, my issue isn't with the weight. I'm not confident I got flower." Clerk: Well, because it's only 1 gram, we had to cut smaller pieces, which is why it probably looks like popcorn bud. Me: (head starting to spin a bit) So, how do you explain another strain, the same weight, with one perfectly formed flower bud, and 1 piece of a smaller flower bud." Well, they're different strains, so that's why they look different." Me: (head in full spin mode) I'm looking to be educated here, but you realize you're confusing me - right? You're answer's not making sense to me. Clerk: Well, it's really the same thing - flower, popcorn, no difference. Me: Well then why do you sell popcorn at a cheaper price??? If I go into a restaurant and ask for Kobe steak, are you going to come back with a Big Mac and tell me it's the same thing? If I ask for 100% Kona coffee are you going to bring me Folgers and say, "coffee is coffee???" Clerk: Would you like to talk to a manager? Me: Why? For who? For what??? Long story shorter - I got no satisfaction. You just lost one B.I.G. It's a privilege to be providing this service. At best, you need a new "specialist" & knowledgeable workers. At worst, you need to tighten your quality control, AND get new staff or get them trained. Do better B.I.G.! Live...

I've suffered from pain my entire 55 yrs and don't care for addictive Opiods that Dr's push on you and then treat you as a pill popper.
