The massage and facial specialists were good. Although I asked my masseuse to increase the pressure multiple times, I still didn’t get the amount of pressure I wanted.

The reason for the 3-star rating is the facilities: The spa is located inside the hotel and doesn’t have its own bathroom or ladies’ room. We were told to go outside the spa (while wearing robes) if we needed to use the restroom. The sauna room includes a shower but lacks the amenities I usually expect at a spa. The small room containing the shower feels awkward; there isn’t enough space to properly change and groom yourself. In fact, grooming is impossible due to the lack of amenities. I had a gift certificate given to me for Christmas. It was easy to get a schedule, the guy in the counter was very accommodating. My bodyscrub was good. I never had the shower laying in bed before. Then, I got a massage, that sucked though. All she did was rubbed and pinched my skin. Worse, when she would massage my back down to my feet the go back to my head. That was disgusting. I can hear her moving around coz her shoes was making noises. At one point she was just just holding on to my feet and not moving. Worse experience ever!!

My experience was very unpleasant & unprofessional. The door was locked, I stood there for five minutes, when I called the number for the salon they told me to walk around to the side entrance. Upon arrival I was not even greeted! I had to ask where to sit, what to do, etc. The lady that did my mani /pedi was not very friendly She proceeded to tell me during my pedicure “You don’t clean your feet very well!”. Can you imagine? Someone talking to someone in such a manner? I do my best, I have MS with balance & dizziness problems, so please forgive me. Plus , the “gel” manicure she gave me peeled off three days later, and within a week it was gone. DO NOT go here. I have never written a negative review of a business before,...
