I've been in this location before and it was very good customer service, but today 5/6/22 at 11:24 AM slow day no line, I was treated poor customer service by this employee Daylen. I paid my bill using my credit card. Since my credit card was not signed, I gave him my ID to check my identity, Daylen said it's USPS policy to take credit card payment only when there is a signature at the back of the credit card along with ID. I never had a problem before so I though it was okay. Long story short, he called another guy, and he was addressing a different issue, because he run my credit card payment and it was already approved. Daylen asked me first, if it is a debit card and I said you can try run as debit card, but it got approved as credit. So, I was waiting for my receipt, but he does not want to give it to me until I sign the back of my credit card with a sharpie. I felt the the guys were ganging up on me because the other older guy seems to not care at all. So I was forced to sign my credit card so that I could get my receipt & stamps that I purchased. Read moreI’ve had a couple bad experiences with this Post Office. By far the worst and the one that instills the least confidence is when I was notified that my package had been delivered to this postal location just before Christmas. I actually had several items delivered (Amazon) and they were all presents for family and friends. When I went to pick up the items, I didn’t see the yellow slip in my box so I went to the window to see what was up. The gentleman at the desk informed me that the package had already been picked up! Long story short, the slip had been put in someone else’s box and they were only too happy to take it to the window and receive their new Xmas gifts. I didn’t get an apology, any offer of compensation, nor did I even get the satisfaction of an admission of fault. I was told to fill out a bunch of forms and turn them in to possibly be compensated for a fraction of the value. In the end I did what most would and just called Amazon. They sent a new shipment at no cost and with little hassle. The contrast between a government agency and a company that competes in the market...
Read moreNever returned calls. I AM PISSED Sent all my general delivery packages back to Amazon. Without informing me even though they have my number and have called me before to say they would hold them Now I am left with no solar panels, eater catch, washer dryer, bed, or solar lights because they refused some packages and sent the rest back after telling me they would hold them for me or charge to store them. I will now be on my land without power or water or a bed. And am 7 months pregnant
