Vivian, I think you should be ashamed of yourself for treating a customer today (my wife) so incredibly poorly. Yesterday she made a manicure appointment with you, and got her nails done. Within one hour her red polish completely peeled off from two fingers. Reluctantly she returned to you today. While I appreciate the fact that you "re-applied" the polish at no extra charge, you never once apologized for a huge disruption to our schedule, or made any attempt to convey friendliness whatsoever. You were "stone-cold" silent the entire time and my sweet wife was nearly in tears when she left; somehow feeling as if it was HER fault and the ordeal was an utter inconvenience to YOU. If you cannot, or will not take responsibility for these actions and outcomes, then (in spite of the beautiful location of your rental space) your business will never be much of a success. I urge you to please learn from this event and treat your customers with kindness, and display your willingness to "make it right" when the product (or service) you provide fails at such an early stage. I was in on Saturday the 8th of July made an appointment for 3 got in on time the place was empty the old women was rude never spoke a word to my mom the whole time she did her nails. The water was ice cold the lady sloped.on the polish then took off the sloppy mess she made. The worst thing was not one time did she speak a word to mom during her entire hour 10 minutes we were there I have to say never will go back to that place again. I have afeeling the boss is out of town the place was filthy bad they used dirty files. This was a very unpleasant experience we won't go back which is unfortunate for the ladies we did like there( and gentleman ) hope someone gets down there quick looking business in a new shop is bad! Sorry gunna have to find somewhere else to go...

Very clean and comfortable, I was Very happy with the service we received yesterday. We went in for a wedding party nail appointment and even though half our party was late they were very accommodating. On top of that they gave me the best pedicure and acrylic nail set I had ever paid for. They took the time to make sure my nails were shaped perfectly and I got exactly what I wanted.
