Ordered a volcano necklace for my son from my granddaughter for Christmas. The post office lost the package and Rainbow Moon replaced the order and sent out a new necklace. My son loves the necklace! It is beautiful. It means a lot as we had been to the volcano a few years ago and were in awe of the majesty of the experience. That is why my granddaughter wanted to give this to her dad. I worked with Bea at the Volcano gallery on a project for some Koa Surfboards for a group that was coming to Honolulu. I communicated with her via email of what I wanted and she delivered 100%! I paid half the invoice via bank wire on execution of the order and the other half when she showed the surfboards were shipped to the hotel in Hawaill where i would be arriving.
