I went to the grand opening today it is raining outside and they made my 90 year old grandmother come back to the store to confirm $100 purchase even though I had her permission and my own ID but my 90-year-old grandma physically cannot leave the house without the help of a wheelchair and a crane I don't think that this was good customer service I understand they're new company but in the matter of elderly people they should at least allow their grandchildren to purchase the items that they need even if it's ceiling fans. the regional manager was extremely rude to me and my 90 year old grandmother. I saw a tiktok about this place so I was glad at the chance to check it out on my last trip thru KS to finally see one myself. wide variety of things to get at a discount price, I bought a huge pile of candle for the best prices I've ever gotten for name brand. I enjoyed wandering the housewares and seeing what there was. next time I need a walking break this place is my go-to, not sure what more fun...

Holly cr*p I will not be returning sadly do to the extremely rude employees. Just tried to go pick somethings up for my family. Every time I tried to ask for help people where standing around talking to each other (no biggie) until you need something and then even the manager.
