Amended 11/17/17: Apparently there was a miscommunication between the staff and us. Riddle's owner reached out to me and stated that they do have a year warranty and they will make sure their team is clear on it. They also will be standing behind this product. We are going to take it back in this weekend and get it fixed.
I love unique items and they had a good selection at reasonable prices when I purchased this jewelry for my wife's birthday. The sales reps were helpful and accommodated my young curious son who was with me.
I am expecting the rest of my experience to go well, and I do hope to give them another chance. Thank you!
Previous review: A store that doesn't stand behind it's jewelry is not one I want to shop at. I bought my wife a nice necklace and earring set for her birthday. Within a couple months one of clips broke. My wife took it back to the store and they said their warranty is only 20 days and it was going to cost $50 to fix.
When you buy jewelry you expect it to last forever or at least a year. If I wanted cheap jewelry I'd go to Walmart, I'm sure they even have a better policy for backing their jewelry. With so many other nice jewelry stores in Hays I will be going to them...

My wife and I are contract workers here at the hospital from Texas. Adam sold me the Citizen watch in the photo less than a year ago, since I'm a Citizen customer.
