The next day I went to to a goldsmith who is a associate and had him look at what I purchased and then he tested the gold weighted it and said that's is worthb3 $32.00 after I went and had 2 additional 2nd opinions they all said the same thing even without ever knowing that I previously had them appraised ....

I took my gold chain in for a repair, and unfortunately, when I picked it up, I noticed that some gold was missing. The chain was in full condition when I dropped it off, so this was very disappointing. I expected a simple repair, not to have less gold returned to me. I reached out to the business to resolve the issue, and I hope they will take responsibility and make it right. The store at Southland Mall is how can I say GHETTO!! Buying a gift for my daughter and myself I was quoted one price for paymens and it turned out to be $100 more in email I got 3 days later also I have a ring sized when I picked it up it was still the original size!! So I returned everything I will not be dealing with Daniel's at Southland no more I'd rather go all the way to Stockton or any other City band deal...
